Ever wondered how one goes about moving a caboose?
Follow our easy 3-step program.
1.) After bringing the caboose to the end of the rail line simply hoist the cab onto one flatbed and the trucks onto another.
2.) Pull permits to use certain roads and bridges and transport.
3.) With a 70 ton crane, set the trucks on prepared track and move the cab over.

This 1919 wooden caboose is originally from Virginia. It is currently being torn down and rebuilt from the original blueprints.
